• Strategic Talent Acquisition:

• Sourcing & Screening:

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media and others.

• Interviewing & Assessment:

• Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, including behavioural, technical, and cultural assessments.

• Develop and administer assessments (skills tests, personality tests) to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

• Participate in salary and benefits negotiations with selected candidates.

• Extend job offers and manage the pre-boarding process.

• Reporting:

• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g-TAT, cost-per-hire, ATS,) and generate reports.

• Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
